1 General Terms & Conditions

Kesino (operated by Kesino Entertainment Ltd.) is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Kesino and its registered users, and have been drafted with Bangladeshi users in mind.

2 Account Registration & Verification

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

• All deposits are calculated in BDT.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5 Gaming Rules

All games on Kesino operate using third-party audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is fully independent and unbiased.

• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, Kesino reserves the right to void that round.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games.
• Bets placed in Sports Betting before an odds change will remain valid.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, Kesino reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kesino. If detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance forfeited:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus system abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Registering with a fake identity or false information.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempts at hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Harassment of or inappropriate conduct toward other users.
• Attempting chargebacks or payment fraud.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Kesino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — in particular:

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• Where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• In the event of a KYC verification failure.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team. If a valid balance exists, you will have the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed.

8 Responsible Gaming
